about me

I've been working as a portrait photographer for over seven years, during which time I have developed an emotive and introspective style of portraiture. Lots of my clients and audience refer to my work as "moody." I specialize in individual and two-person portraiture. As a queer person myself, living in a rural city in Kentucky, creating and maintaining a safe environment during my sessions is my top priority. Being a queer photographer, I offer a unique experience of portraiture for queer clients in which they get to see themselves through the lens of another queer person.

For individuals, my most common types of sessions are: headshots, profile portraits for social media & online spaces, and themed, conceptual sessions. For two-person sessions, my most common types of sessions are engagement sessions, partner/couples sessions, or friend sessions. Many couples wish to celebrate or denote milestones of some kind, while others simply want to document themselves or their partners or friends at that moment in time.
